1 ½ ounces bourbon
½ cup hard apple cider
1 pinch ground cinnamon
Drop ice cream into the bottom of a glass. Pour in bourbon; add cider slowly. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

1.5 ounce spiced rum
1 tablespoon half-and-half cream
In a cocktail mixer full of ice, combine pumpkin liqueur, spiced rum and half-and-half. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass.

½ cup Triple Sec
1 (750 milliliter) bottle dry white wine
3 cups apple cider
2 medium apples, cored and diced
2 medium oranges, cut into wedges
2 medium lemons, cut into wedges
3 cinnamon sticks

Soda water
Add all ingredients except soda water into a large pitcher and stir to combine. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Serve in glasses with ice and top with soda water.

Combine the vodka, orange liqueur, vermouth, cranberry juice and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously to chill. Pour into martini glasses and serve. Garnish with cranberries.
